Your optometrist can provide information about the Sensory Impairment team on the LOW VISION LEAFLET. Patients who have yet to register should not be deterred from seeking help.

The SENSORY IMPAIRMENT TEAM provide support and advice when you have had distressing news about your vision. You can refer yourself into this service at any time.
