29th June 2020 - NHS England - South East (for Mid & South Bucks) sent out a questionnaire to those practices who had previously stated that they were closed, asking if they were now open. They have asked us not to share the questionnaire, but please contact [email protected] if you think that you should have received it and you haven't.
